Bowden and Millie Black

The Black Memorial lectures are run by the Karabiner Mountaineering Club in honour of the late Bowden and Millie Black, who were long standing members of the KMC and mountain pioneers of their day.

We have now collected together various Newspaper articles featuring Bowden and Millie:

We hope that the above items, along with the Black Memorial Lectures, will help preserve the memory of two people without whom the Karabiner Mountaineering Club would not be what it is today.
