Shining Clough - Longdendale

James Hall

Crag: http://www.ukclimbing.com/logbook/crag.php?id=123

Meet time at parking: 10AM

Parking: Google maps

All the grades, plenty of stars and some long (in grit terms) pitches too. All in a remote setting which will undoubtedly keep the crowds away and with any luck the northerly aspect will discourage the midges too, although repellent\net advisable. The approach takes about an hour and I've been warned that it might be a bit of a jungle so be prepared for an adventurous approach.

If anyone needs a lift from S MCR I should be able to accomodate a couple.
