Detention of persons acting in a manner dangerous to themselves or others.

To be detained until authorities are assured he will refrain from:-

Long 4c runouts with no gear but plenty of decking potential.
5a pitches on loose rock with dodgy gear.
4c pitches so strenuous that second throws up on reaching belay ledge.
Dragging seconds through vertical bramble/nettles, looking for limestone routes that fell down ten years ago.
Getting seconds to lead pitches which may be barely 4a, but which are greasy as hell, most holds are vegetation, and there is no gear after the first 9 feet.
