Annual Dinner, Shap Wells


Choice of menu for the Annual dinner, which is being held at the Shap Wells Hotel, Shap, nr Penrith.

Starters, one of:

  • Leek & potato soup
  • Homemade game pate
  • Melon Oporto (Melon pearls marinated in ruby port)

Main courses, one of:

  • Aubergine Cannelloni (Grilled Aubergine slices rolled around cheese & pesto, baked under a tomato & cheese sauce.)
  • Traditional Roast Pork
  • Poached Salmon

Desserts, one of:

  • Cumbrian bread & butter pudding
  • Fresh fruit salad
  • Cheese & Biscuits
  • Ice Cream

Finally:

  • Tea/coffee & Kendal mint cake

Anyone wishing to attend should send a cheque for £17 a head along with your choices for starters and a main course ASAP to Andrew Croughton. Also if you have already booked but have not given your menu choice, please let Andrew know before October 20th.
