We'll be driving up to Skye on Friday the 12th of May. The plan for this trip is to recce the cuillen ridge, get a feel for the terrain, the standard of climbing and get familiar with some of the tougher sections.

The plan is to stay at the Sligachan campsite on Skye. There is a pub close by that reportedly has over 400 whiskies if your not already persuaded.

We will stay at the campsite to keep costs down, and also in case the forecast is atrocious we aren't tied into anything.

Our focus is to recce the cuillen ridge and anyone is welcome to join us. There is also hillwalking and climbing locally if the ridge isn't for you.
