Despite the off-putting description on UKC and fierce looking grades, New Mills Torrs has something for everyone and is well worth a visit, especially if you’ve never been. If climbing trad, please just bear in mind most of the descents are via abseil, so please ensure you’re fully competent before climbing! If you’re fancying the novel crimpy ‘sport’, a clipstick, for at least one of the starts is very useful.
