AGM 2025 - The Bowling Green, Chorlton
Dear Members,
The Annual General Meeting of the Karabiner Mountaineering Club will be held on Thursday 20th November 2025 at 7.30pm.
Venue: The Bowling Green, Brookburn Rd, Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester M21 9ES
The meeting format will be as follows:
1. Approval of the minutes of the 2024 AGM and matters arising
2. Approval of reports and accounts
3. Election of officers to the Committee and other non-committee roles
4. Consideration of any additional items and motions
Please note that any additional items or motions (proposed and seconded) for the agenda must be with the Secretary not later than 28 days before the AGM. The deadline for this is Thursday 23rd October.
Papers for the AGM, including the agenda, reports and any additional items or motions, will be circulated by email not later than Monday 10th November.
The meeting will be held in the Green Room of The Bowling Green. Details on how to get to the venue will be circulated with the papers.
