A small collective of KMC people gathered on a hot, humid day and climbed a number of eash routes with the main aim of belaying at the top in a lovely cool breeze.  We followed various leaders up Trafalgar Crack and Wall, and a mixture of climbs on Stoker's Wall, including Yoho Crack, Sailors Problem, Nautical Crack, Stoker's Wall annd Stoked, followed by a cool picnic at the top with ginger beer and strawberries and other such delights.

Thanks to everyone who came, we had a lovely old folk KMC catch up.

Join me for the Summer Solstice meet at Birchens Edge on Sunday 21st June for a sun filled day chilling out, drinking proscecco and eating strawberries and doing some gentle climbing as is our tradition.  All are welcome (not just ladies) including old and new members and those wanting to join up.  There is a vast quantity of quality climbs at all grades including classics on Trafalgar Wall, Sail Butturess, Nelsons Slab and the favourite Emma's slab.  I will be at the Trafalgar Wall area just after 10am.  There is parking at the National Trust carpark at Robin Hood Inn where there is an overflow carpark, and also parking near Gardom's Edge on the A621.
