Windgather Weds Night Meet - First One Back!

Well, after a winter hiatus the Wednesday night meets are back, and Windgather delivered a pretty solid opener all things considered. A fair few people bailed when the forecast threatened rain early in the evening, but as it turned out the rain didn't show up until 7, and even then it was a tiny drizzle!

Anyway, those who did make it out had a good evening of it:

Harry P got on Cheek, Gareth W used the Struggle to warm up his trad falls for the year, and Matt W was busy with Middle Leg and Footprint (apparently he's a foot guy). Mirek had a go at Director, and Sam R was on Nose Direct. While Aaron cruised up the E1, South Buttress Direct Arete, on top rope.

Roger Daley and Gowry were seconding various lines throughout the evening.

All in all, a decent turnout given the forecast doom and gloom. Here's hoping the fair-weather crew take note for next time!

Evening meets start around 6pm although some members may start earlier.
